At this point I was not clear on what I wanted to her to look like, hence no "costume".

This rough sketch gave me a better idea of where I needed to improve and what I've had trouble with:

• Stance
• Costume
• Hair
• Hands
• Flat picture

 Attempt Two

After a bit of research and more time, I have improved the stance, hair, costume, and hands. Overall it looks a lot more dynamic.
